BI Phakathi shuts down rumors of being a scammer
Famous philanthropist BI Phakathi reacts to allegations of being a fraudster.
The famous socialite was recently accused of being a scammer because he doesn’t reveal his face whenever he does his good deeds.
Bi who has 9 million followers on Facebook utilised social media to reply to the accusations.
The South African philanthropist slammed the rumors, saying he keeps his identity secret because of safety reasons.
“I bother nobody, not a single person. These are serious allegations to make on record. If you want my attention, you won’t get it for this foolishness, but my lawyer can give you attention,” Phakathi said.
“I have been scammed numerous times and hacked every day. Being robbed is not far-fetched if you are public. It’s for my safety and my family.”
