Somizi wants to meet Esther Mahlangu
Somizi Mhlongo opens up on his desire to meet the iconic South African artist, Esther Mahlangu.
Esther is known for her bold large-scale contemporary paintings that reference her Ndebele heritage. She is one of South Africa’s best-known artists, and she has worked with various brands.
Taking to social media, the media personality shared a photo of 89-year-old gogo and said he’s ready to go beyond and above to meet with her.
He further pleads with his fans and followers to help him meet Esther Mahlangu.
“There’s no ICON. LEGEND. ROYALTY I wanna meet more than this one. Someone pls make things happen. I’d drop everything for that opportunity,” he captioned post.
Followers flooded the post with positive reactions, as one of Som’s followers adviced that he can collaborate with Esther for his clothing brand.
