Tweeps call for the cancelling of ‘Queendom’ following Sindi Dlathu’s exit
Award-winning South African actress Sindi Dlathu has left TV show Queendom.
Phil Mphela, an entertainment commentator said the actress left because of financial woes.
“Dlathu has decided to end her journey on the embattled BET telenovela, amid production financial issues. The SAFTAs record holder will be joining etv’s latest telenovela, Isiphetho,” Phil tweeted.
Twitter users’ reaction be like:
“Queendom is boring kodwa, I hope she gets to be in another production like The River so she can be a lead.”
“Wrap the entire thing up. Queendom is QueenDone!”
“Yoh, ngubani odle imali yabasebenzi? That telenovela was gonna be a heat… right not I’m not so sure. They might as well close shop, good bye Queendom,” a tweep wrote.
